What You Will Do
• Convert company provided buyer and seller leads into appointments
• Call, text, and follow up daily using a proven plan
• Conduct buyer consultations and show homes
• Run listing appointments, pricing strategy, and seller communication
• Negotiate contracts and manage the deal from accepted offer to close with support
• Build your pipeline through consistent outreach, database follow up, and referrals
What We Are Looking For
• Active Florida real estate license or currently in the process of getting licensed
• Strong sales skills, coachable attitude, and high personal standards
• Comfortable with high follow up volume and accountability
• Strong communication and urgency
• Tech capable with CRM use and willingness to follow our system
Pay: $98,890.04 - $319,093.38 per year
License/Certification:
• Real Estate License (Required)
