Job Description
Senior Fund Accountant Hybrid in either Livingston, NJ or Wilmington, DE Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Some of the things you will be doing: CSC US Funds Solutions’ group is seeking a Senior Accountant with 3-5 years of experience. The candidate will manage multiple client deliverables ensuring superior client service. Deliverables include fund administration services provided to private equity funds such as: • Review bookkeeping and accounting records • Review support schedules for books and records (accruals, prepaid expenses, etc.) • Prepare and/or review financial statements and support schedules (GAAP and other basis) • Prepare capital call and distribution calculations and prepare and distribute letters • Investor and compliance reporting • Daily client interaction • Matrix reporting structure for client services • Internal responsibilities (status reports, time tracking, etc.) What technical skills, qualifications, and experience do you need? • BS Degree in Accounting - CPA or CPA candidate a plus • Experience in portfolio/investment accounting; private equity accounting experience strongly preferred • Working knowledge of US GAAP • Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, IF/THEN, XIRR, SUBTOTAL, ROUND, named ranges) • Investran experience preferred • Able to multitask and perform tasks under strict deadlines • Professional verbal and written communication skills • Attention to detail • Strong organizational skills At CSC, compensation depends on several factors, including job location and the knowledge and experience of each individual. A reasonable estimate of the current range of base salary is $75,000 to approximately $100,000. #LI-SP1Min Qualification
