Expect around 55 hours/week, with some Saturdays if needed, but outside of that, the firm respects your work/life balance. PTO is generous, and you’ll be off for holidays like Thanksgiving week without worrying about losing pay. The team is small but well-structured: 5 partners, 28 staff, which means plenty of support but also plenty of room for growth.
