Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Buyer Agent Specialist to join a high-producing real estate team. Duties
• Assist and follow up with clients in identifying suitable properties based on their needs and preferences
• Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase listings effectively
• Negotiate offers and counteroffers to secure favorable terms for clients
• Provide comprehensive guidance on fair housing regulations and legal requirements
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract potential buyers and promote listings
• Maintain organized records of client interactions, property details, and transaction progress
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and service delivery
• Stay informed about current market trends, property values, and local regulations
• Support administrative tasks related to property transactions, including documentation and scheduling
Requirements
• Have a valid real estate license in Georgia and/or Alabama. Will need to get both states licensure.
• Proven experience in real estate sales, customer service, or property management
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse client needs
• Knowledge of fair housing laws, real estate law, and ethical standards in real estate practices
• Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience with real estate marketing and administrative tasks
