What does a job as an Century 21 Carioti Real Estate Agent look like?
Participate in active marketing initiatives from reaching out to people to attending local events. Interview with clients to determine their precise real estate wants, needs, budgets and geographic criteria. Show homes to interested home buyers. Build and maintain a database of relationships. Follow up with real estate clients to make sure their real estate needs have been met. Prepare and proofread real estate documents and contracts. Promote properties through open houses, email campaigns, calls, and advertisements. Advise clients about mortgage options, market conditions, and related information. Present contracts to sellers. Negotiate contracts and other items between home buyers and sellers. Compare properties to determine a subject property's market value. Attend closings and provide support for clients.

Your must be at least 18 years of age. You must have a United States Social Security number. You must hold a high school diploma or its equivalent. Prior to sitting for the state exam you must show proof of course completion of Florida approved 63 hour pre-license education for real estate agents. An applicant must have a background check as part of the licensing process.
