About the position
Responsibilities
• Drive the entire vision and delivery of innovative new products to keep the business relevant and competitive
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities for new products
• Clearly communicate the vision and goals of existing and new products
• Collaborate with customers, team members, and external influencers to ensure a solid understanding of products and emerging needs
• Identify and present innovative product solutions
• Responsible for digital product strategy and value delivery in one or more Digital Product Lines
• Prioritize product opportunities using criteria and requirements defined during research
• Establish requirements and specifications for existing and new products
• Maintain Release Plan and coordinate product releases with business and development teams
• Manage Product Backlog and make appropriate tradeoffs to deliver the highest value
• Develop metrics to assess the success of products and features and determine necessary enhancements
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, solutions, and company offerings
• Facilitate work across cross-functional teams
• Support active development to ensure product requirements are satisfied
• Lead and participate in planning meetings and provide advice and guidance on the direction of products
• Demonstrate functionality of completed products to internal team members and other stakeholders
• Participate in communities of practice and drive maturity in product management capability
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree/4-year Degree
• 5 or more years of supervisory experience in managing or leading IT projects
• High School Diploma/GED with 10 or more years of supervisory experience in managing or leading IT projects

• Graduate Degree
• 10 or more years of supervisory experience in managing or leading Transportation/Logistics/Rail Operations IT projects
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) Certification
