We are looking for a dual-licensed Service Plumber and G1 Combustion Technician who thrives in a high-accountability environment and possesses the Start-up Agility to navigate complex industrial and commercial challenges. Expected Outcomes (The KPIs) To be successful in this role, you must achieve the following within your first 12 months: • Technical Excellence: Maintain a 95%+ "First-Time Fix" rate on service calls across both plumbing and high-input combustion systems. • Compliance Mastery: Ensure 100% of TSSA and union documentation is submitted accurately and on time, reflecting our commitment to the RESPONSE standard. • Safety Leadership: Zero safety infractions. You don't just follow the rules; you own the safety of the site and your team. • Operational Efficiency: Optimize route and material management to reduce "windshield time" and waste, treating company resources as if they were your own. Competencies & Role Requirements • Dual-Threat Expertise: You must hold a valid Ontario 306A Plumber License AND a G1 Gas Fitter certification. Certification or work based knowledge • Industrial Grit: Experience servicing high-input burners and complex industrial hydronic systems. • Extreme Ownership: You take full responsibility for the outcome of every service call, from the initial diagnostic to the final clean-up. • Communication: You can translate complex technical issues into clear updates for both clients and the management team. • Union Status: Active member in good standing with UA Local 527 or UA Local 787. Salary Range: Salary per hour will be based on Local 527 or Local 787 rates. Note: This is a vacant role available for an immediate start.
