Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Evaluate and recommend improvements to financial processes and procedures. Monitor and ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls. Conduct research on industry trends and benchmarks to inform financial strategies. Present financial analysis and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders. Participate in the development of annual budgets and long-term financial plans. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records. Identify and resolve financial issues and discrepancies. Provide support for audits and financial reviews. Stay updated on healthcare industry regulations and changes that may impact financial operations. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
