We’re a vibrant restaurant with a spectacular river view, a large patio and fireplace, and a spirited Caribbean-style bar. Our upscale casual dining experience is stylish, lively, and inviting—just off Route 29 near Cedar Hills Drive. What we’re looking for: • An Experienced Chef with strong leadership skills and a collaborative spirit • Dependable, honest, and ready to inspire the kitchen team • Passionate about fresh ingredients, creative plating, and playful reinvention • Enthusiastic with a positive attitude—because we love what we do and it shows! Requirements • Proven experience in environments with strong culinary skills and a passion for excellence. • Extensive background in food production, menu planning, and kitchen management within the food industry. • Demonstrated supervisory experience leading diverse culinary teams in high-volume settings. • Knowledge of inventory management, food safety standards, and HACCP protocols. • Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills to motivate staff and coordinate with other departments. • Familiarity with restaurant management systems, shift management, and food service operations.
