Qualifications: Minimum 10 years of professional baking experience Strong background in high-volume or production baking environments Proven leadership experience managing and developing bakery teams Requirements: Oversee and execute all daily baking and production operations Lead, train, schedule, and manage the baking team Maintain quality control, consistency, and production standards Manage workflow, prep, and production planning to meet demandMin Qualification
