Job Description
This is a position with an executive function. The candidate must be able to work independently on multiple assignments with multiple deadlines. If you have 2-3 years of experience as a Graphic Artist in a leadership role, this is the perfect role for you. MUST PROVIDE A PORTFOLIO WITH RESUME. Responsibilities: • Takes initiative to anticipate workflow • Develop design strategies for projects • Produces visual elements, including digital graphics, signage, social media graphics, and print collateral • Creates powerpoint presentations and eFlyers, adapting them to multiple revisions • Manages multiple projects simultaneously from concept to completion within timelines • Continues to keep abreast of design and graphics software • Manages rebuild and updates of audited inventory and website • Organizes all graphics and photo files so that they are easily accessible • Updates SOPs on eFlyer procedures • Manages Jr. Graphic Artists • Handles outsourcing for print projects in timely manner • Will participate on installs, as needed Qualifications: • Must be an artistic professional that can work independently • Must be able to manipulate software efficiently • Can work independently on multiple assignments with quick changing deadlines • Must have proven leadership and organizational skills • Needs to work quickly in a face paced office • Can be Ampa's social media contact • Has experience working with print companies • Knows how to install vinyl graphics • Experience working with printers and managing cut files for CAD routers • Renderng skills needed Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per hour Benefits: • 401(k) matching • Health insurance • Paid time off Education: • Bachelor's (Required) Experience: • Graphic Design: 3 years (Required) • CAD: 3 years (Required) • Leadership: 3 years (Required) • social media: 3 years (Required) Location: • Henrico, VA 23228 (Preferred) Work Location: In personMin Qualification
