About Us Dalton PHC is proud to sponsor and support the next generation of skilled tradespeople through our Plumbing Apprenticeship Program. We partner with Hawkeye Community College to provide a structured, hands-on learning path that sets you up for long-term success in the plumbing industry. Position Overview As an Apprentice Plumber, you’ll earn while you learn. This program combines classroom instruction with real-world, on-the-job training under the guidance of licensed professionals. You’ll develop the skills needed to become a journeyman plumber while getting paid and avoiding student debt.
