Plumbing Service Technician Access Heating and Plumbing Meridian, Idaho We’re hiring an experienced plumbing service technician to join our team. Access Heating and Air has been a family owned HVAC and plumbing company serving the Treasure Valley since 1972. We believe in clean work, honest communication, and having each other’s backs. This role is for an experienced plumber who is confident running service calls independently and delivering high quality work for residential customers. What you’ll be doing • Diagnosing, repairing, and installing residential plumbing systems • Running service calls independently with professionalism and efficiency • Communicating clearly with customers and presenting options in a respectful way • Working closely with dispatch and management to keep the day running smoothly • Keeping your truck, tools, and inventory clean and organized • Completing paperwork and documentation accurately and on time • Continuing to grow your skills and professional development What we’re looking for • Minimum 3 to 5 years of plumbing service experience • Journeyman license preferred • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills • Professional appearance and attitude • Self motivated and dependable Compensation Hourly pay plus commission and bonuses Typical total compensation ranges from 75,000 to 110,000 plus depending on experience and performance We believe in clear expectations, transparent pay structures, and no games.
