Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Manager to join our team at a rapidly growing manufacturing facility near Dallas.
Relocation package is available.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that support the overall goals and objectives of the facility
• Lead the recruiting and hiring process, including developing job descriptions, identifying candidate sources, conducting interviews, and making job offers
• Develop and oversee employee training and development programs
• Manage the performance management process, including setting performance expectations, conducting performance evaluations, and managing disciplinary actions
• Develop and manage the employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive and equitable pay and benefits
• Maintain compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations
• Foster a positive and productive work environment by promoting employee engagement, open communication, and teamwork.
Requirements/Skills:
• Bachelor#39;s degree in Human Resources or related field
• 8+ years of experience in HR management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role
• Experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Demonstrated experience in recruiting, hiring, and developing employees
• Certification in Professional in Human Resources (PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, CHRP) preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
