Develop and implement a comprehensive HR transformation strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives Lead and manage HR initiatives and projects to drive organizational change and improve overall employee experience Partner with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to enhance the HR function Oversee the design, development, and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs Provide guidance and support to the HR team and managers on employee relations, performance management, and talent development Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to HR and employment practices Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement Collaborate with leadership to identify and address talent gaps and develop strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent Facilitate training and development programs to support the growth and development of team members Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on all HR-related matters and provide recommendations for continuous improvement Dunkin' is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
