Why Join Us: • $80,000-150,000 annually (Base plus Commission - You can receive up to 13% commission based off weekly tiered revenue system) • Weekly Pay • Company provided vehicle and gas card • Ability to dispatch from home • Tool account • PTO and Paid Holidays • Comprehensive benefits package including matching 401K, Medical, Dental, Vision, Accidental & Critical illness coverages. • Paid $15,000 Life Insurance and Long-Term Disability coverage What You'll Be Doing • Diagnose and troubleshoot residential plumbing issues efficiently • Perform repairs, maintenance, and installations of household plumbing systems • Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners • Recommend additional services, upgrades, or preventative solutions (e.g., tankless water heaters, water filtration systems, service plans) • Educate customers on long-term plumbing health and cost-saving options • Accurately prepare quotes and service invoices using company software • Maintain a clean work area and company vehicle • Attend ongoing training to stay sharp on technical skills and upselling techniques Our 3 Step Hiring Process: At Polestar, we know great talent moves fast—and so do we.
