What Will You Be Earning? • Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour. • Compensation is determined by our hiring managers and is based on a variety of factors, including experience, qualifications, and the specific demands of the role. What Are We Looking for? • Utilize a variety of tools and diagnostic equipment to assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems. • Apply critical-thinking skills to assess plumbing issues and determine effective repair strategies. • Perform troubleshooting to identify root causes and develop logical, practical solutions. • Provide courteous, customer-focused service while following instructions from supervisors and senior technicians. • Maintain reliable and punctual attendance for all scheduled work shifts. What Do We Want To See? • Enrollment in a four-year plumbing apprenticeship training program. • Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn industry tools, equipment, and techniques. • Ability to work safely, follow instructions, and adhere to company and industry standards. • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening. New Hire Sign On Bonus! • $250 for Entry Level / all other not in any of the below categories. • $500 for an Apprentice currently enrolled or going to be enrolled in the next 3 months in an accredited program.
