Job Description
• €€€% of basic pay, paid monthly. • Quarterly bonus paid when team + individual KPIs is achieved • No single KPI will carry the whole bonus • Overtime available at 1.5 times basic wage rate. “We value professionalism, judgment, and consistency. We are looking for skilled and reliable Automotive Mechanics to join our growing team. We service all makes and models and take pride in honest, high-quality work. Training is ongoing for employees who take their career seriously. • Work from 8.30 to 6.00pm Monday to Friday. • Not open Saturday or Sunday. • Basic wage paid weekly into your account. • Additional team bonuses, benefits to be discussed at interview • We supply all tools for the job. Responsibilities • General servicing, maintenance and NCT Repairs. • Clutch. Timing Belt & Water Pump replacements. • 5+ years of experience in automotive repair • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills • Positive attitude and teamwork mindset • Valid driver’s license • Repair or replace components for all brands of vehicle parts • Keep admin on work and report issues. • Maintain company workshop, equipment and tools in good condition Requirements • Proven, seasoned and very experienced motor mechanic. And / or... • QQI Level 5/6 Advanced Certificate in Motor Mechanics • Hybrid & EV Systems (Level 6/7 modules) or similar • Excellent, communication skills, timekeeping and attendance • Complete jobs in an efficient and timely manner with no drama • Observe all safety precautions for protections against accidents, dangerous fluids, chemicals and ability to handle various tools and heavy equipment/parts.
