Exciting new opportunity for a HR Generalist to join a dynamic organisation as they embark on their growth journey.

Reporting directly to the HR Manager, the HR Generalist will play a key role in implementing the people agenda for the organisation.

Key responsibilities include:
• Lead as the key point of contact for all HR related queries on a daily basis.
• Responsible for end-to-end recruitment including posting job ads, screening CV's, organising interviews, candidate management, extending offers and issuing contracts.
• Updating policies and procedures as required in line with Irish Legislation.
• Managing the HRIS (HR Locker), ensuring accuracy of employee data at all times.
• Monthly reporting on HR metrics for senior management team.
• Supporting training and workshops in a timely manner.
• Other HR projects as required.

Experience required:
• Third level degree qualified (HR), or other Business-related degree.
• 3+ years' experience in a similar role.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a keen team player.
