Job Description
• Manage ground‑up mixed‑commercial projects ranging from $5M-$30M
• Take projects from preconstruction through closeout (no "hand‑me‑downs")
• Lead schedules, budgets, buyout, sub coordination, and client communication
• Work closely with field leadership to keep projects running smoothly
• Spend time in the office and on site - typically onsite at least once a week or as you see fit

The Successful Applicant
• 4-5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or 3-4 full projects completed start‑to‑finish
• Experience on ground‑up commercial construction
• Comfortable managing multiple scopes and stakeholders
• Technically savvy and open to new tools and processes
• Software: Procore, Outbuild, Sage 100, Bluebeam
• Passion for building and a mindset geared toward learning and improvement
• Adaptable, collaborative, and steady under pressure
