What You’ll Do
• Build and maintain relationships with clients in the buying, selling, or investing process
• Conduct market research and learn to position properties effectively
• Market listings and represent clients with professionalism and skill
• Negotiate contracts and guide clients from consultation through closing
• Develop your business through prospecting, networking, and strategic lead generation
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and skill development
• Manage your schedule and business operations with autonomy and accountability
