About this role

The Store Manager at Golden Goose in Detroit Somerset plays a crucial role in achieving commercial objectives and enhancing brand awareness and desirability. The Store Manager is responsible for managing and developing the team, ensuring an elevated customer experience, and driving sales performance.

Responsibilities

  • Guiding the team to achieve commercial targets and maintain qualitative standards
  • Enhancing customer satisfaction and building strong customer relationships
  • Ensuring store merchandising assortment and visual display standards
  • Driving Omni channel sales and monitoring industry trends
  • Building relationships with the local community and acting as a Brand Ambassador
  • Management of store targets and sales performance through KPI analysis
  • Conveying the brand's vision and heritage to colleagues and clients
  • Attracting, managing, developing, and empowering the team

Required Skills & Experience

  • Fluency in local language and additional language knowledge is a plus
  • Minimum of 5 years management experience in retail
  • Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective time management and flexibility to work varied hours
