About this role

We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Project Manager with a strong background in Quality Assurance and Healthcare IT systems. This role involves leading large, complex technology initiatives to enhance healthcare-related systems.

High visibility position requiring collaboration with leadership, technical teams, and business stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes. Lead large-scale enterprise projects, manage timelines, and ensure alignment with business goals.

Oversee quality assurance activities, support testing efforts, and contribute to healthcare IT system delivery and improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the delivery and improvement of healthcare IT systems, focusing on quality and accuracy
  • Oversee quality assurance activities, ensuring compliance with standards and best practices
  • Communicate with stakeholders, provide updates on progress, and help align teams
  • Lead large-scale enterprise projects from start to finish, managing timelines and deliverables
  • Identify risks, manage issues, and maintain transparency across project activities

Required Skills & Experience

  • Familiarity with system workflows, business rules, or integration frameworks
  • 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Management
  • Experience with Medicaid or government healthcare systems
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3 years of experience in Healthcare IT systems (implementation or support)
  • Understanding of healthcare industry frameworks and standards
  • Experience with insurance or eligibility systems
  • Master's degree
