Honestly, good luck and if you find anything let me know. I hate Heathrow, it’s an awful airport and incredibly boring for how large it is. I’ve never found anywhere nice. I hate it.
I've previously had a 4-5 hr layover at Heathrow that I spent by leaving the airport and heading over to Hounslow to get a full english breakfast (pretty tasty if I might add). I've visited London many times, but it was interesting as a visitor to see a more residential and diverse part of London. It's probably not what you are looking for if you want to be comfortable and relaxed before a long flight though.
If you have seven hours you might be able to fit in a trip to Southall which is pretty fun. It's a couple of miles from Heathrow. The food is going to be very different.
There's a fantastic restaurant in the Sofitel at T3 called (La Belle Epoque)[https://maps.app.goo.gl/CjfJpo6c31pRayri8]. It's worth the terminal transfer. Reservation recommended.
I think those chains are so prolific because they get tax breaks or something - they're terribly bland and overpriced, but you just can't get rid of the damn things.
